Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 3–10 business days before shipment. During periods of high demand, holidays, product launches, or limited releases, processing times may extend beyond the estimated timeframe.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear depending on the carrier and customs processing.
International Shipping & Transit
Some products may ship from international fulfillment centers. Because of this, shipping times can vary based on destination, customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, and overall shipping volume.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Carrier Delays
After an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, customs delays, lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or transit interruptions outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are sent automatically once your package is prepared for shipment. Please allow time for the carrier system to update tracking events.
A tracking number being issued means the order is actively being prepared, processed, or handed to the carrier.
Shipping Disputes
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this shipping policy and understands that shipping and processing estimates may vary.
Customers agree to contact us directly regarding any shipping concerns before filing a payment dispute or chargeback. Filing a chargeback for orders that are still in transit, delayed by the carrier, or processed within the stated timeframe may be considered a violation of this agreement.
