Order Cancellations

Orders that have not yet been fulfilled or shipped may be canceled for a full refund. Once an order has entered shipment preparation, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Refund Processings

During a refund process, approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
